What if your anxiety isn’t the problem? What if the tension in your shoulders, the knot in your stomach, and the way you can’t seem to relax aren’t signs that something is wrong with you — but signs that your nervous system did its job too well?

Our bodies have been conditioned to operate in survival mode for a danger that no longer exists. Your nervous system doesn’t need to be fixed. It needs to be told it’s safe.

I designed this healing1 to do just that: bring you back to a place of safety.
