The timing wasn’t by accident. The Spring Equinox is the time when light overtakes dark in the northern hemisphere. It also marks the astrological New Year and is one of the most powerful moments of the year to plant seeds, open new doors, and let go of whatever you’ve been carrying into this next season.
As an Energy Healer, I of course also had to include energy alignments in each bottle. You might be wondering what that even means? Energy alignments are basically packets of energy that can be run on people or things, and I have the ability to anchor these energies into the oil so that each time you use it, you’re embodying those energies directly into your energetic field.

Lemongrass - Activating the energy of stepping into the new season

Moss Agate — Connect to earth energy, growth, abundance, new beginnings
Rose Quartz — Opens the heart, supports self-love, invites renewal

✨ THE ENERGY ENCODED INTO YOUR OIL
This oil isn’t just physical. Not only is it infused with the healing sounds and energy from Mecca, but it’s been encoded with Sacred Light Technologies and Sacred Soul Alignments that work continuously in your energetic field every time you use it.1
Layered within it are energies designed to clear and protect your field, open doors to what you’re calling in, and align your intentions to their highest expression. 🧴 OIL USES
Body + Pulse Points Apply to pulse points (wrists, neck, heart, behind the ears) to carry the energy of your intentions with you throughout the day. This is the most direct way to work with it.
Candle Ritual Anoint the green chime candle in your kit by dressing it from the center outward to draw things toward you, or outward to release. Light it while stating your intentions for the new season.
Morning Ritual Anchor Apply it before journaling, meditation, or any morning practice. It becomes a sensory cue that tells your nervous system it’s safe to XXX
Bath or Shower Ritual Add a few drops to your bath or shower floor. As the steam rises, it activates the herbs and oils. Pro tip: imagine the equinox energy washing over and through you.
Anointing Your Journal or Vision Board Dab a small amount to the corners of your journal or vision board to energetically charge your intentions and goals.
Dressing a Crystal Use a tiny drop to anoint a crystal you’re working with for manifestation or new beginnings as it amplifies the stone’s energy. Just be sure it’s oil safe. Some suggestions:
Green Aventurine — the stone of opportunity and new beginnings. Green Aventurine is basically the crystal version of the equinox.
Citrine — for abundance, confidence, and activated solar energy. Citrine amplifies intentions like crazy.
Clear Quartz — also known as the universal amplifier. It takes on whatever intention you give it and magnifies it.
Manifestation Ritual Write your intention on paper, fold it toward you, and anoint the outside of the paper with the oil, then place it under a candle, plant, or on your altar.
Altar or Sacred Space Anoint the corners of your altar, a special cloth, or any sacred objects to set the energy for the new season.
Anointing Before Sleep Apply to your third eye or wrists before bed to invite in clarity, dreams, and to allow an integration of whatever you’re calling in.
Hair or Scalp (carrier oil is jojoba, which is safe for most people) Work a tiny amount through your ends or scalp during a hair-brushing ritual. As your brushing imagine sealing your intentions into your energy field.
Mirror Work Activation Apply before mirror work to amplify the self-love and renewal energy you’re building.
💚 THE GREEN CHIME CANDLE
Green is the color of growth, abundance, and new beginnings — exactly what we’re calling in.
To use it with your oil: hold the candle between your palms and think about what you’re planting this season. It’s important that you get specific. Then anoint the candle with a small amount of your intention oil, working from the center outward (this draws things toward you). Then light and state your intention out loud. Make sure to let it burn down completely (about 45 min).
When it comes to candle work, you don’t always need a fancy ritual, you just need to mean it. This is why journaling and visualization often go hand in hand with candle work, it helps to get you into the feelings of what you’re trying to call in.
Pro tip: If you don’t have a tiny holder, light the candle, then use some of the wax to adhere it to your surface, such as a glass dish (or even a larger candle holder).
🍂 THE BAY LEAF
Bay leaves have been used for centuries in manifestation work — they’re one of the simplest and most potent tools you have.
Write one intention on your bay leaf. Something you’re calling in, not something you’re releasing. Keep it short and specific (can even be one word, becauses remember, it’s about the feeling and intention you’re puttin into it). Then either burn it safely (releasing the intention to the universe) or place it under a candle, in your wallet, or somewhere meaningful to you. Some people keep theirs until the intention manifests, then burn it as a form of gratitude.
If you want to go deeper: anoint the bay leaf with a drop of your intention oil before you write on it.
Fun fact: I grew these in my garden last year.
🧿 THE EVIL EYE PIN
Included for a little bit of extra protection. They keep your energy yours, especially when you’re actively in a manifestation or growth period, because you don’t want outside interference messing with what you just set in motion.
The eye shouldn’t be visible to other people. Pin it on the inside of your jacket or place it the glove box of your car. You could even put it to the inside pocket of a bag you wear all the time. While cute, they’re not always meant to be seen by others.
If it breaks, don’t panic. This means it’s done it’s job and protected you from negative energy! Whatever ill will someone tried to place on you was absorbed by the eye.
Did you know: you’re not supposed to buy your own eye. It should be a gift from someone who cares about you.
