⚡️ Week of December 18th Energy Update:
🌝 The final New Moon will be in Sagittarius on Fri, Dec 19th and the theme is authenticity and expansion! Which feels very fitting, because these were my personal themes for 2025 - stepping into my authenticity and expanding who I am, along with my capacity to receive. It’s all about big picture thinking!
This New Moon is conjunct Venus, planet of love and values, and Mars, planet of action and desires. Together they invites you to get honest about what you want and how you’re willing to pursue it.
Friday a powerful day to set your intentions for 2026. The energy will support your desires, so go big and bold. Consider the identity shifts that would be most meaningful and aligned with future you! Just beware you may get a reality check with the square to Saturn and Neptune, so dream big, but try to stay grounded.
🌞 The Winter Solstice is on Sun, Dec 21 when Sun enters Capricorn, making it the shortest day, but also longest night of the year in the US. You’ll notice the energy moves us away from optimism towards, grounding and discipline.
I know the holidays are busy, but take a moment to pause and reflect. What structures have you put in place that will support your long-term growth?
💫This is your time to consciously close out 2025’s lessons and set intentions for how you want to show up or what you want to build in 2026. Be honest with yourself, now more than ever about what you really want versus what you think you should want. Clarity now, creates stability later.
🪄 Alchemize the Energy: Winter Solstice Bath Ritual
This bath isn’t about manifesting outcomes. It’s about reflecting on the year and letting it settle in your body. This is great for calming the nervous system, disconnecting, and creating space for light to return naturally to your spirit.
This bath is about you! I personally like to start any ritual by setting the mood. Put on hertz music (free playlists here), dim the lights, light some candles. Get yourself a shower lamp. Sprinkle in some epsom salt, essential oils, flower petals, milk, or honey. Do whatever makes you feel good!
Settle yourself into the water then place one hand on your chest and one on your lower belly. Take a few slow deep breaths. Now acknowledge (or in my case TELL your ego) that this is a time for rest and reflection, not resolution.
As your body softens in the water consider: What will no longer serve you moving into the next year? Where (or with who) have you been expending unnecessary energy? What areas of your life can you allow to unfold naturally, instead of pushing/forcing?
Then set the intention: ‘I allow the heaviness to release and wash away from me. I make space for what’s in my highest good to return. And so it is.’
To close the ritual, imagine the water holding everything you’ve emotionally released. Show gratitude for yourself, your strength, and your growth. Move slowly as you exit the bath, dry yourself off, and drain the water. Move with intention! As the water swirls down the drain KNOW it is taking everything that no longer serves you with it.
Spend the rest of your day/night doing things that support your emotional wellbeing. Drink some warm tea, snuggle in your favorite robe, sit under a red light, read an inspiring or uplifting book, journal, etc. Use this time to serve you, because you deserve it 🤍
🧙 Wanna Get REAL Witchy?
Try the Winter Solstice Yule Ritual by Scott Cunningham
Solstice represents the shortest day of the year, which makes it ideal for Shadow Work. This is a ritual of rebirth and recycled energy.
You’ll Need:
2 Pieces of Paper
A Bowl
A Small Bowl of Water with Salt
A Red Candle representing the sun
A Small Candle any color, this is your working candle
Seasonal Greens + Berries such as holly, ivy, pine, rosemary, cedar, or bay
The Ritual:
Again, set the mood. Put on hertz music, dim the lights, maybe light some incense (such as pine, cedar, or frankincense/myrrh). Don’t forget to clean your energy and your tools before your start (such as smudging with palo santo.
Create the Habit Paper. On the first piece of paper write all your bad habits, fears, shadows you’ve been running from/avoiding in 2025. Maybe you’ve gotten into a habit of avoiding tough conversations or you afraid to face the root of an issue.
Create the Seed Paper. On the second piece of paper write down one positive quality you are ‘planting’ for 2026, such a speaking up for yourself.
Arrange your alter or working space. Place the bowl in the center, surrounded by evergreens, with the red candle in the bowl, and the working candle next to you.
Now cast your circle. Dip your fingers into the salt water and walk clockwise around your workspace, flicking droplets to create a perimeter and say:
“I establish this sanctuary. Let this space be a bridge between worlds, where I am safe to face my shadows and welcome the light.”
Gaze into your empty bowl and say:
“I sorrow not, though the world is wrapped in sleep. I sorrow not, though the icy winds blast. I sorrow not, though the snow falls hard and deep. I sorrow not, this too shall soon be past.”
Release your Habit Paper. Read the words on the page, acknowledging how they served or protected you in the past. Using the working candle, light the paper on fire, drop it into the bowl and say:
“I release these weights into the dark. I transform this energy into ash.”
Once gone, sprinkle a pinch of salt over the ashes to ground the energy.
Light the candle. Reach into the bowl and light the red candle, from your working candle and say:
“I light this fire in Your honor, Mother Goddess. You have created life from death; warmth from cold; The Sun lives once again; the time of light is waxing. Welcome, ever returning God of the Sun!”
Grow your Seed Paper. Place your Seed Paper next to or under the bowl. Visualize the heat of the red candle warming the seed of your 2026 intention so they can transform into something productive by spring. Take a deep breath and feel the shift from the darkness of the habit release to the light of the sun candle. Meditate on the energies lying dormant within you this winter.
To close. Stand before your working space say:
“The ritual is over, but the light remains. I return to the world, grounded and renewed. And so it is.”
Then walk around your space once more, but this time counter clockwise. If you’re able, let the candle burn down, otherwise it’s safe to also put it out.

Feedback from week one of my Fall Back in Love With YOURSELF program:
“I finally did the first week exercises, and I was genuinely blown away. The guided meditation brought up so much emotion and things I never would have expected. I’ve done a lot of guided meditations before, and they’re all great, but this one hit something completely different for me.
I felt so much lighter afterward. It was honestly surprising how impactful it was. After doing it, I realized how helpful this would have been during a really difficult time in my life. I’m just so impressed. You should be really proud of yourself.”
“Trust in yourself. Your perceptions are often far more accurate than you are willing to believe.” - Claudia Black🤍
💁♀️ Personal Update:
I’ve been giving out $2 bill likes it’s my job. No joke, I think I’ve given away $600 worth, well $600 minus the 10 or so I have in my wallet.
Nothing has given me more joy than the look on someone’s face when I hand them $2. It’s the sweetest thing! Some people refuse to take it, holding it in high regard, claiming they could not accept such a precious, valuable asset. Then we banter, I insist, and they happily hold it in their hands and stating they’ll never spend it with promises keep in their wallet always for good luck.
Because that’s what it’s about - GOOD LUCK! A thing we all want and could all use. It’s an opportunity to anchor ourselves to a hope and belief that magic and miracles are not only real, but attainable in everyday life.
I’m a Healer and I know how to use and work with energy, which is exactly why I infuse energy alignments into each bill. It’s not just the idea of luck, IT IS GOOD LUCK! BUT there is a tiny caveat. The recipient receive an overflow of good fortune, abundance, and magnetism as long as they’re following their heart. Isn’t that sweet! It’s like adding a packet of Sweet and Low to your (gulp 🤢) moscato, like my friend’s mom (Hi Gretch!).
I’ve been giving out $2 bills because I’m selfishly cultivating energy. These micro moments between strangers have brought so much joy into my life. It started as a fluke. Everytime I travel outside the US I tip in $2 bills, as most people have never seen them. It always elicits a fun reaction and it makes people feel special.
That’s the thing we all want - to be seen and for someone to just ‘get us’. It fosters connection and brings people together. Reminding us that we’re more alike than different. And let me tell you (no surprise here), giving away money is one of the fastest ways to make friends.

After I left the corporate world I stopped traveling as much and those $2 bills were burning a hole in my super secret hiding spot, so I started handing them out with tips. I had forgotten just how fun it was!
In true Christina fashion, I couldn’t stop there. I already had veryyyy adorable business cards (I don’t know if you’re ready for how cute they are), but I wanted to elevate the experience even more. So naturally I had a stamp made of my logo and have now turned the Department of Treasury into my own business card supply house.*
It wouldn’t be the first time someone in my family used US currency to their advantage. Maybe next time I’ll tell you about my grandfather, why his money is currently on display in the Federal Reserve building downtown, and how the Capones became Godparents to my Uncle.*
These cards cost $1 each and while they do elicit joy, they do not elicit the type of joy as a $2 bill does. When you do the math, it makes sense to just give people both. I believe they call that Girl Math.
*For legal, cosmic, and comedic clarity: what you’re reading is metaphor, satire, and a little inherited storytelling flair. This is symbolic language used for illustrative and humorous purposes only. Nothing’s real and no physical money was altered, harmed, or even looked at suspiciously.
🔮 Oracle Insights:
What your soul wants you to know:
Your soul came to Earth with a double mission: to grow as a soul and to bring about a shift in consciousness. You’re being called to remember that your soul intelligently chose the perfect conditions to carry out your soul’s mission and to share your soul’s gift.
The action you’re being guided to take:
When we rely solely on our own will, we begin micromanaging the Universe, forcing outcomes and resisting the natural flow of life. Surrendering from “my will” to “thy will” allows us to release control, trust the greater intelligence at work, and be gently led into a more authentic, fulfilling life.
