Post Love Pyramid Workshop Spell 💗
Continue your healing, after the workshop is over
Over the past year I’ve really started leaning into spellwork. It’s a powerful and profound way to cultivate and activate energies for your highest and best good.
In your spell kit, you’ll find a white chime candle, Lucky Love oil, various dried herbs, and a bay leaf. The ceremony is simple, yet effective, and will take about an hour.

It starts with the vibes! Find a peaceful place and put on high vibrational music or tones. I recommend 528 hz, the frequency of love, for self-love, romantic love, or to simply be in the highest vibration of love!
Now drop down into your heart and allow your breath to slow. Think of breathing in and out of your heart. Focus on slowing your inhale and exhale down to a count of 5.
Start with the vial of oil. This is Lucky Love Oil made by yours truly! It’s infused with energies of luck, self-love, self-worth, and forgiveness, while unlocking your highest desires, awakening the heart, and clearing ancestral karma, oaths vows, and contracts around love.
Dab a bit of the oil on your 3rd eye (the space between and slightly above your brows) or on your heart. Feel into your intuition. Are you being guided to place it somewhere else or perhaps on the pulse of your wrist? There’s no wrong way or place to put it.
✨ Intention work is so incredible powerful! Where your intention flows, energy goes, don’t ever discredit how absolutely powerful your mind is! ✨
The intention work is next. Meditate on what you’re trying to release or call back in. What problems, stressors, loops, fears, narratives, traumas, worries, negative emotions do you want to give to the Universe, God, and/or Source? Releasing these energies makes space for all the miracles, blessings, and happy surprises to come in.
Are you healing your inner child? Maybe you need to release anger towards an ex boyfriend? Or allllll of your ex boyfriends? Do you want to dissolve and resolve a bad relationship with a parent or family member? What kinds of negative stories do you tell yourself as a method for protection? Are you upset with yourself for the way you’ve shown up in past relationships (romantic or otherwise)? Consider the relationship you have with yourself and times when you’ve been less than kind. How can you bring more love into your life, by yourself, for yourself?
Grab a sharpie and your bay leaf. Write down that which you wish to release. You can shorten it down to a few short words (so it fits), then place to the side. Remember, we’re working with intention. God, Source, the Universe knows exactly what your true intentions are!
Next some powerful candle work! You have a white chime candle in your kit. I choose this color because it represents protection purification, peace, meditation, healing, truth, strength and guidance, lunar magic, purity, happiness, innocence, and divine feminine.
Consider what you’ve written on your bay leaf. What’s the opposite of that? Since we’re releasing negative emotions, it’s only fitting to then call in the opposite of what you’re releasing.
Example 1:
Release: I’m releasing the negative story of not being good enough in my past relationships. On Bay Leaf: I’m not good enough
Call in: I’m calling in self-love and self-worth, because when I show up at my best for myself, I can show up as my best for others! On Candle: self-love, self-worth
✨ Have fun with it! Spell work is magical and serious, but also delightful! It’s fun to light shit on fire and release the things that have been holding you back. Lean into the joy and power behind this ceremony! The higher your vibration, the stronger the impact of your spell will be. ✨
Example 2:
Release: I release the need to show up inauthentic. On Bay Leaf: I’m afraid to be me
Call in: I fully lean into my authentic self and am proud of who I am. On Candle: I’m proud of me ♐️ (and my astrological symbol)
Find something sharp and get to etching. I like to use something fancy when able, such as the quill of a feather. I once used the back of a diamond earrings, because diamonds hold such high vibrations.
Inscribe your name into the candle along with what you’re calling in. It doesn’t have to be perfect. This isn’t an art project, this is intention work! Keep your mind focused on what your heart wants to call in.
Now it’s time to ‘dress’ your candle! SO FUN. Rub some of the Lucky Love Oil onto the candle. Because you’re manifesting, start at the bottom of the candle and work your way up towards the wick. Kind of like a HJ 🙈.
The beautiful herbs comes next. Remove some of the mixture and press them into your candle. You can also lay the herbs on a plate and roll the oily candle through the mixture. If some chunks are too big, use a mortar and pestle first. A bowl and cup will also get the job done. Don’t go overboard, you only need a small amount of the herbs per spell.
Go get you a lighter. It’s time to release baby!
Find a safe space to light your candle and bay leaf. We don’t want to manifest the entire fire department. Since chime candles are so small, you would need a very tiny candle holder. I personally like to use a large ceramic plate, with an glass jar on top. You could also perform this ceremony by the sink or outside on a slab of concrete.
Using your intention, light your candle and let a few drops of wax onto the glass, then quickly place the base of your candle over the drops, so it adheres directly to the jar (or whatever surface/container you’re working with).
Grab your bay leaf and light that bitch on fire! As the leaf sparkles and burns, imagine everything you’re releasing is being dissolved by the fire and released into the ether through the upward smoke. Sometimes you have to light the leaf a few times and that’s okay.
Bring your intention back to the things you’re calling in for yourself. Bathe yourself in feelings of love and gratitude. Express the feelings and emotions you want to come in. Allow yourself to feel into what it would be like to have everything you want! Give yourself this time to enjoy the richness of possibility.

Since chime candles take about 45 minutes to burn, you may have some extra time on your hands. During this time I like to journal, write out affirmations, pray, meditate, say I love you to myself in the mirror, or incorporate other rituals. Do what feels best for you; this is your spell!
When your candle is done burning, the spell is complete! Again, from your heartspace, show gratitude for all that you have done and experienced.
You’ll need:
Quiet space
Permanent marker (to inscribe your bay leaf)
Sharp object, like a feather quill (to etch your candle)
Plate (to ‘dress’ your candle)
Glass jar or chime candle holder
Lighter or matches
at least 45 - 60 min
Instructions:
Find a peaceful place and put on high vibrational music.
Drop down into your heart and allow your breath to slow. Focus on slowing your inhale and exhale down to a count of 5.
Dab Luck Love Oil on your heart and/or 3rd eye.
Bring in your intention. What are you releasing? Write that on the bay leaf.
Etch your name and what you want to call in, into your white candle.
Dress the candle with Lucky Love Oil first, in an upward motion. Followed by the dried herbs.
Light your candle, bring in your intention, and show gratitude.
Light the bay leaf and focus on releasing your pain.
Bring your intention back to the candle and what you’re calling in.
Bathe yourself in feelings of love and gratitude.

Monday: psychic abilities, emotions, intuition, fertility, healing, and dream work
Tuesday: creativity, legal/justice work, courage, strength, and passion
Wednesday: communication, reconciliation, communication within relationships, personal development, and shadow work
Thursday: amplifying manifestation work, especially Prosperity and Road Opening, legal matters, and success
Friday: love, sex, beauty and fertility
Saturday: responsibility, self-discipline, limitations, and boundaries
Sunday: success, money/prosperity, healing, protection, intuition, fame/power, manifestation, and personal empowerment
