A womans intuition is so powerful - one of my exs thought I was psyhic or something because I always knew before having any proof when he did something shady or wrong... but of course he made me feel crazy for feeling this way! However, in the end my intuition was right and after having the actual prood I ended things with him immediately. Great life lesson for me tho - it taught me to always trust my intuition with or without proof bc its never wrong :)
The gaslighting makes you feel like you're living in another dimension! I'm so proud of you for trusting yourself. It's unfortunate that you had to learn to trust yourself and your intuition in this way, but I can guarantee you'll never be in that situation again!
Men could intuit just as well, but that stuff is "for chicks" (ie, takes inner work), and so they denigrate it and just double down on their lies. After all, why should the dominant party have to intuit anything when they already know by sheer omniscience comprised solely of whim-based fantasy.
