Each day carries its own frequency and colors act like amplifiers for that energy. Wearing, carrying, or surrounding yourself with the day’s color helps you align more fully with its vibe. Think of it as dressing in sync with the universe!
Week of September 29 Energy Update:
🌑 We’re moving through eclipse season and heading into a Solar Eclipse / New Moon in Virgo at the end of the week — a closing-and-starting moment at the very last degree of Virgo. Think endings that clear room for something purer.
This eclipse is a doorway. The more you consciously release, the more you’ll notice the new cycle shaping itself around you.
♍ This lunation brings Virgo’s clearing, detail-work, and body-wisdom. Paired with heavy hitters (Saturn + Neptune), the week can feel sobering yet revealing as illusions fall away so truth can land. It may sting, but it frees you.
You may feel like you’re standing in the liminal space between an old identity that’s dissolving and a new one that hasn’t fully taken form yet. It’s natural to feel both excitement and uncertainty.
💫 This week is less about forcing forward movement and more about allowing the reset. Whatever is being stripped away now is clearing the path for miracles to unfold so you can step into alignment.

With Virgo ruling the nervous system and digestion, this week invites us to slow down and check in with the body, as it often knows what the mind resists.
Lie down with one hand on your belly and one on your heart. Close your eyes, drop down into your heart, then breathe deeply in and out of your heart for a count of 5.
Now ask yourself: “What is my body ready to let go of?”
Feel into the answer. It may come to you as a feeling in your body. A thought or memory could pop into your mind. You may suddenly smell something that reminds you of a time, place, or person. Just know it’s probably going to be subtle and whatever comes up, is exactly what’s supposed to come up.
Send love this area with the intention to release! Afterwards, I recommend grabbing a glass of water and speaking an affirmation into it, such as: “My body lovingly supports me.” or "I release what no longer fits and open to what’s true.” We incorporate water because it’s a physical action the body can get on board with. It’s helping to flush the body of unwanted toxins.
💁♀️ Personal Update:
You know the feeling when you’re super comfortable with someone. When you feel like you can just lean into the full authenticity of who you are? Well, I thought I knew the feeling, but it wasn’t until I went to Mt. Shasta, CA for a women’s retreat that I realized the full extent of it.
For once, I wasn’t the weirdest in the room. There were a few moments, when I was looking around wondering what I’d actually signed up for. The things these women were talking about were WEIRD. I realized in that moment, I was judging things I didn’t understand. Instead of asking questions or trying to understand, my brain immediately went to this negative place. It was such a natural reaction that I almost didn’t even realize I was doing it.
I couldn’t help but reflect on how I present myself to the world. How much of my life has been a show for other people? Actually that’s not fair, I shouldn’t put this on other people. How much of my life has been a show for me, out of possible fear, criticism, and judgement from others?

I was so quick to judge these people, who have done nothing but share their thoughts and experiences with me, in this safe space. And for what? The last thing I want is another eye examining every one of my flaws, but is anyone really even doing that? Do they noticed I forgot to put bottom mascara on today or that my shoes don’t really match my outfit. Probably not.
I have always moved to the beat of my own drummer. As much as I’ve always thought I wanted to fit in, I never really wanted to be like other girls, I just wanted to be accepted. The thought of showing up somewhere in a similar outfit to someone else would send me into a tailspin. I pride myself on my uniqueness and yet, I can look at others through such a critical lense. So where is it coming from?
Obviously society puts a lot of pressure on the human race to look/act/be a certain why. To be labeled and categorized, like products on a shelf. But we’re these ever evolving creatures who grow and change and adapt.

And thank God! Can you imagine if we couldn’t adapt. We’d all be in diapers still and that is NOT a pretty picture. (Okay now I have a visual of men in adult diapers, which… is a thing. And if I’ve got to picture it, now you have too. Oh wait, are we judging! But we can collectively agree to judge this one a little bit right?)
I also think this is a learned bonding experience. Ask any group of teenage girls. In order to connect with people, we need to find common ground and what faster way to do that, then by pointing a finger at someone else and gossiping behind their back?

That is why shared lived experiences are so important to relationships. They allow us to come together in the present moment. Which happens to be exactly what happened to me in Mt. Shasta. I experienced the power of shared experience and full authenticity.
The more I leaned in, the more my walls of armour came crashing down. I felt the freedom of stepping into my own power, my own weird, my true self - and it felt SO GOOD! ‘Cause let me tell you, I’m a full on weirdo hippy, presenting as a Barbie.
This blog is a shout out and acknowledgement to all the real ones! The ones who show up as themselves every day and have the confidence to do so. Thank you for being an example to the rest of us and accepting for who we are! 💕
