💁‍♀️ Story Time:

For as far back as I can remember, I’ve been hard on myself. Regardless what anyone’s ever said to me, I’ve said worse. I saw hurtful comments from others as validation for my own thoughts. I picked apart every single thing about myself, but never had the strength or courage to do anything about it.

Instead of taking action, I would double down on the self-hate, which always sent me into a spiral of avoidant behavior I called hibernating. I hid from anyone and everyone, mostly because I couldn’t hide from myself.

I didn’t realize until recently, that my nervous system thought it was under constant attack, from none other than yours truely. I definitely remember learning about the nervous system in science class, but I think they forgot to mention the part where it pairs with crippling anxiety and depression.

It all started when I was a teenager, after my, um… let’s call it an incident, which tracks. Traumatic experiences and unprocessed emotions typically go hand in hand. What’s crazy is that I don’t really remember much pre incident. It’s almost like I blacked out and the trauma took its place.

Before this time, I think I was happy, but after, not so much. Post trauma required me to carry a lot of responsibility. As a preteen I was attempting and (obviously) failing at managing my emotions and the emotions of those around me, all while trying to keep my mouth shut. It’s like the day my abuse happened, the only words spoken were “don’t tell anyone”.

From that point forward it seemed like everyone wanted me to keep my big mouth shut. Open communication and sharing about feeling wasn’t encouraged. I was learning by example to bottle it all up and pretend everything was fine, which brings me back to hibernating.

Once my social battery had drained it’s supply, I inevitably hibernated, because I had nothing left to give, especially to myself. Being a fulltime people pleaser is fucking exhausting. You’re constantly checking in with the movements and emotions of other people. I didn’t know it at the time, but as an empath I was completed locked into other people’s frequencies.

I think that’s partly why I couldn’t focus (along with a little thing called undiagnosed ADHD). I was so tapped into other people’s energy and emotions that I was constantly missing and forgetting things. I can’t even tell you how many times I heard the words “you have to pay attention!” come out of my mom’s mouth.

BUT I COULDN’T! I was working overtime to figure out what I needed to say, how I needed to act, or what I needed to do. I was fishing for validation wherever I could find it. Self-worth was an elusive belief available to everyone but me. I often felt the need to make a fool of myself, act out, or talk loudly so other people would know how important I was and see my value.

I was driven to overcompensate by acting like the best friend to everyone. Happily conseeding to others by disregarding my own wants and needs for fear they’d think I was greedy. I attempted to be the epitome of perfection, but was never able to keep up the facade for long enough. Without fail I would upset my friends by saying something without thinking and putting my food in my mouth.

That’s when I started moving in private, not sharing important details about myself, life, or accomplishments because I thought being proud of yourself meant you were bragging. Surely no one would want to be friends with someone who’s boastful. At least that’s what was hammered into my head.

Back then my energy levels would die faster than an old iphone after the latest update and I didn’t know how to fix it. I was so focused on everyone else around me that I couldn’t conceptualize the fact that I could heal. In my warped perception this wasn’t even in the realm of possibility, because I thought the fix was tied to my (low/no) worth and value.

I was hard on myself, for something I didn’t know how to fix.
I hated myself, for something I didn’t know how to fix.
I gave myself cancer, for something I didn’t know know how to fix.

I’m sure you can see a theme here. Like the protagonist in any compelling story, I blamed myself for simply trying to survive. I used to think I was the only one who felt this way. Not know I was unintentionally carrying the guilt of others. I spent years relentlessly beating myself up for ‘not knowing/doing/being better’.

When faced with pain, we throw internal temper tantrums for things outside of our control. Then we start pointing fingers, looking for someone else to blame, in hopes this will help sooth our emotions. But it doesn’t. It just shifts you into a toxic relationship of victim vs. scapegoat.

scapegoat | /ˈskāpˌɡōt/ | noun

A scapegoat is a person, group, or thing that is unfairly blamed for the mistakes, problems, or bad actions of others. People often use a scapegoat to hide their own faults, avoid taking responsibility, or redirect anger away from themselves.

And the bigger issue here, is that it’s generational. If my parents knew how to fix it/me, I’m sure they would have. It’s not like they wanted to see me suffer and hold back the golden ticket or keys to success. They simply didn’t know how, so I could never fault them. And when you zoom out, how much worse was the generation before them? It’s only until recently that human beings stopped acting like savages.

We don’t (and won’t) always have all the answers. And I think that’s the point. This is the game of life, where we cosplay human beings who are forced to learn and grow through varying levels of adversity. If I know anything about games, I know they’re intentionally hard—but also fun, especially when playing with people you love.

If this is a game (and I suspect it is), that means there are well thought out levels and challenges, of varying degrees of difficulty, designed to help us evolve. AKA it’s not boring. Life isn’t meant to be easy, otherwise it would be incredibly uninteresting and we wouldn’t participate.

Like it or not, life is built on lessons and the people around you will always mirror back parts and aspects of yourself that need healing. It was specifically designed this way. It’s up to you if you’re going to rise to the occasion and meet them or not.

🪄 Alchemize: 8/8 Lion’s Gate Manifestation Grid

We have a very veryyy powerful manifestation window coming up on Saturday known as the 8/8 Lion’s Gate Portal. This is seen as the most powerful numerology portal of the year as Sirius aligns with Earth for abundance and spiritual activation. Here’s a very special spell I did last year, which has brought so much abundance into my life 🤍

• Pen + paper

• Crystal wand or conductor (mine is made of selenite)

• Crystals for the grid (4 protector crystals, a generator with flat bottom, + a minimum of 12 ‘working’ crystals)

• Candle + something to etch into the candle (I use a feather)

Instructions:

1. Gather Supplies: This spell takes a bit of prep work. Head to the bank for cash (if you don’t have it onhand). I used 10-$100 and 2-$2 bills in my spell. Choose a candle, crystals, herbs, and oils that support your intention, then make a list of why you choose each. I highly suggest writing everything down to keep you organized and focused.

   i.e. Rhodonite to reach my full potential, focus on my gifts, and to push my energy outward for the betterment of all.

2. Get in the Mood: Put on some high frequency music, settle into your heart, and set your intention. Then cleanse your space, tools and self (with whatever method you prefer)

3. Meditate + Journal: Take some time to journal out your goals. What is it you want to accomplish? Get specific and be intentional to remove any limitations you may be putting on yourself. This is spellwork. You don’t have to figure out details, you’re just focused on the end goal or result.

4. Create a Sigil: Once finished, write a clear positive statement of intent that encapsulates everything you’ve journaled. This should be a sentence long. Now remove all the vowels (Y stays) and repeating consonants.

   Ex: To step into my Divine Feminine power = T S P N M Y D V F M P W R

   With the remaining consonants, create a symbol. Take your time here and get creative. Feel the feeling of already having what you want as you work on your design. Once finished recreate on a fresh piece of paper and place under the center stone of your crystal grid.

5. Prep Your Candle: Carve your full name, birthday, sigil, and goal into the candle. Then anoint with any oils or herbs that support your spell. Whisper the intentions for each as you anoint your candle:

   Ex: Thank you clove for helping to attract good luck into my [intention]

   Make sure to hold the base of your candle with one hand and carve/anoint/run from bottom to top to attract and top to bottom to banish. Then place to the side.

6. Assemble Your Crystal Grid: Find an undisturbed spot in your home where your grid will be out of the way, as you will leave it up until the spell comes to fruition. Starting with the sigil, feel the energy of your design and intention radiating from the paper, then place it in the center of your grid. Imagine a clock around the sigil, then—with your intuition—place each of the bills down at each hour. I choose to put $2 bills at 12 and 6 o’clock. Do whatever feels right for you. Now place each ‘working’ crystal over a bill. Jot down the number placement in your notes.

7. Burn Baby Burn: Place your candle in the center of your grid, over the sigil. As it burns imagine the smoke carrying all your intentions up to the Universe. This will take around 45 minutes. Be patient with yourself and try to stay in the energy of feeling your goal coming to life. If you’re struggling, imagine a 30 second clip of how you would feel after receiving your intention. Bring all of your senses into this 30 second clip, playing it over and over in your mind, making it as real as possible.

8. Anchor: After the candle has burned down, remove and place the generator crystal in the middle over the sigil as the anchor point. Place the protector crystals at each corner of your grid (imagine a square over your clock/circle). If you have any sound instruments, now is the time to play them. Imagine the sound bringing you further into alignment with your desires, while staying focused on your intentions.

9. Activate: With your wand, tap the center/generator crystal, then tap the ‘working’ crystal at the 12 o’clock position, and then the generator crystal again. That’s 3 taps: in, out, in. You’ll then finish the 3 taps with a statement of intention:

   Ex: Thank you for bringing abundance into my life. I choose you jade to help call abundance into my career so I can earn $350k this year.

   You’re energetically tying all these crystals together into the grid. You’ll continue to do this with each one, working your way in the clockwise motion around the grid, until are are tied up. Think of closing in the energy of the grid as you make your way back to 12 o’clock.

10. Closing. After you finish with 11 o’clock, the grid is complete. Once it’s closed be sure not to touch our disturb it, until the spell comes to fruition. You may choose to play your sound instrument now 13 times (to be exact) with the intention of blessing your spell. Show gratitude for yourself and the conviction in your abilities to cast such a powerful spell!

Note: As you can see in my example, I choose to include additional supporting crystals. Add as many as you like, just continue around the ‘clock’ methodically if you choose to add more. Also, if they have points, make sure the crystals are pointed inward, toward the center crystal.

💁‍♀️ Story Time:

When you grown up with little to no self-esteem you basically let people treat you however they want. As you can imagine, this wasn’t always the best, especially when it came to men I was interested in. Those men were a bunch of losers. I tolerated treatment that was far below what I deserved and I allowed them to treat me like absolute dog shit.

Hungry for any attention or affection I could get, I always liked the guys who showed interest in ME. If they were into me, then I was into them. This includes, but is not limited to guys: on house arrest, who had been to prison, looked like they were going to prison, drug dealers, vagrants, “artists“, musicians, bootleggers, big shots, and degenerates. Ya know, riff raff.

riff raff | ˈrif-ˌraf’ | noun

a disapproving term for people who are seen as disreputable, worthless, or of a low social class. It often refers to a crowd or group of unwanted individuals.

Like the Music Producer who pretended to be a somebody, but was really he’s just mixing free tracks downloaded off limewire in his parent’s basement. The Hardass who pretended to have money, but was broke and lazy driving around in his mom’s car acting like it was his own. Oh and the Roadie who moved with an air of importance even though he was working for free with a very shitty punk band.

Let’s not forget the vast majority who overly sexualized me. I started developing into a women around the age of 11, making me susceptible to comments and the eyes of men and boys alike from a very young age. My breasts forced me into adulthood far earlier than I was ready for it. My mother, being far more conservative than I, tried to keep me covered up and in a childlike state for as long as possible, but tween clothes—especially back in the mid ‘90s—were not made for C cups.

It was around this time I had my first sexual experience, and not because I wanted it. This unfortunate event would change the trajectory of my entire life. Already uncomfortable in my own skin, I now harbored all the pain and grief that experience brought onto my family.

Even though I’d been told over and over I’d done nothing wrong, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it was all my fault. My poor parents weren’t mentally prepared to deal with such a tragedy. Because… who really is? Plus, they had their own emotions to process and were doing their best to navigate this unknown territory of parenthood noone should ever be be thrust into.

It wasn’t until years later I awoke to the true perspective of it all. Parents are human, doing the best they can with the tools they’ve been given. Sometimes they lack the emotional capacity to show up for us in the ways we need it. Perhaps they lack the awareness of another way or simply don’t have the capacity to offer what is truly needed.

For me, this misalignment led to deep misunderstandings and a constant yearning for more love. I felt an unexplainable emptiness and from that point forward, I felt branded with a scarlet letter for all to see.

That’s exactly when I started gaining weight. Also known as fat or body armor, I was subconsciously gaining weight as a means for protection. I didn’t know how to properly process everything I was feeling, so I turned to food for comfort. My nervous system was also an absolute wreck, as the trauma kept my body in a constant state of unmanageable stress. I was eating my feeling to create physical protection in the form of fat (around the belly), to shield myself against the unwanted attention from men.

Ironically though, I still craved the attention of men. Talk about a mind fuck.

I felt unlovable, carrying myself like damaged goods. I couldn’t imagine how anyone would ever want someone like me, in such a fragile state, so I settled for whatever scraps of affection I could get. I was trapped in a cycle of constantly trying to prove my worth to those who were entirely unworthy. Showing up emotionally and physically to men who disregarded me, in the hopes that one of them would eventually see my true value.

Looking back, I felt as though I gained 50 lbs overnight. My weight was now a constant reminder of the trauma my body had endured. In the midst of ‘90s diet culture, my mom tried to help me regulate my extreme weight gain through methods likes of weight watchers, slim fast, and lean cuisines. When you pair that with my father’s idea of motivation-which was rooted in calling me cruel nicknames like '“tubby”—you can imagine what that did to my already fragile self-esteem.

Being a highly emotional child, their attempts at coercing me into change further reinforced my deep sense of unworthiness. By the time I entered high school I was blindly operating in a survival mode of people pleasing, over functioning, and avoiding conflict at all costs. Boundaries simply didn’t exist due to the paralyzing fear of losing people or stirring the pot. I began choosing deception over reality. Constantly feeling compelled to inflate the truth in hopes these fabrications would make protect me, while simultaneously proving my value to the world.

It’s so fucked up to reflect on now. I literally didn’t know I could have boundaries. It wasn’t even a possibility in my orbit. So of course I let guys treat me like shit. I put up with bad behavior that looked like broken promises, lies, and manipulation. A guy could blow me off for a date then text me at 11 PM and I’d be available. I once went out with a guy who’d hit on two my friends first, then turned to me after they’d turned him down.

I wish I could take 17 year old Christina by the shoulders and shake her, But that’s not what she needed. She needed love, compassion, understanding, and grace. She needed permission to make mistakes and the freedom to use her voice. She needed ME to show up and love her unconditionally.

I’m so proud of my evolution and I have healing to thank. That’s why I vulnerably share these stories. I want others to see what’s achievable when you finally connect in, love yourself fully, and get out of your own way. That’s also why I started my business, Heal Everything, because with healing I know anything and everything is possible!

💁‍♀️ Story Time:

Healing is not for the faint of heart. It requires you to get up front and honest with yourself to uncover parts that have been hiding behind a mask of insecurities, limiting beliefs, and a vast range of emotions. I think that’s why so many people choose to opt out. Being vulnerable on a deep, intimate level while confronting the shadow side of yourself can be terrifying.

What will I uncover? What if I can’t ‘fix it’? What if I don’t like what I see? What if I find substantial evidence for my biggest fears to come true? What if everything I know and believe about myself is real and I’m just an imposter?

WHY TF DO I (we) THINK LIKE THIS ⤴

Well, I’d like to first blame the ego. Its fragility forces us to stay small in order to protect its entire existence. The ego is not your true self. It’s a temporary identity formed by a collection of labels, stories, and memories you tell yourself. Driven by fear, the ego craves control and the constant need for comparison. It is insatiable in its needs and requires constant reinforcement, which further perpetuates the negative mindset. IMO the ego’s a little bitch.

ego | /ˈēɡō/ | Noun

1. the self especially as contrasted with another self or the world

2. the one of the three divisions of the psyche in psychoanalytic theory that serves as the organized conscious mediator between the person and reality especially by functioning both in the perception of and adaptation to reality

Next, I’d like to blame society. Since we all have ego’s it makes sense a pessimistic viewpoint has been indoctrinated into our culture. Unfortunately, I think it’s become second nature for most people to look at the glass as half empty. I grew up listening to scarcity mindset phrases like:

“It’s always something!”
“When it rains it pours!”
“Money doesn’t grow on trees!”

But if you zoom out, it makes sense. Evolutionarily, we’re constantly on the lookout for risks to our safety, which leads me to number three: survival. Long gone are the days where we have to worry about a saber tooth tiger killing us in the middle of the night, but the threat of imminent danger is so deeply ingrained into our cells and DNA that we can’t help but revert back to our primal urges, regardless of how outdated they may be.

It reminds me of how a dog circles it’s bed before settling down. They instinctually know to check for hidden creatures, by circling their spot before laying down. Even though a threat is virtually impossible on the 30th floor of a climate controlled downtown apartment, with a doorman and a pool, their biology compels them to double check, just in case.

You seeeee, it’s not our fault that we’re like this. These patterns are hard wired into our human nature and a part of who we are. But just because our internal programming naturally defaults to a negative viewpoint, doesn’t mean we need to continue running our lives on outdated software. In fact, I’d beg to argue there’s a better way!

I want you to reframe the idea of healing as something woo-woo and starting looking at it from the lense of upgrading your operating system. Each time you upgrade, you become a better more aligned version of yourself.

SIDEBAR: Let’s take a little detour and look at astrology for a moment. Every 7 years Saturn ‘squares’ or 'opposes’ aspects against its original position in your chart, while Uranus shifts into a new zodiac sign. Together these force a massive psychological growth spurt in your life. AKA a system reboot. (Not to be confused with your Saturn Return at 29, 59, + 88ish)

These planets come back around to see if you’re living in alignment. Saturn checks on your foundation, while Uranus demands liberation. They’ll shake things up when necessary and continue to do so until you either figure it out or start living in purpose. It’s givinggg 7 year itch.

Think of every 7 years as a new and improved version of you. Exhibit A:

Age 21 = Version 3.0 Age 42 = Version 6.0
Age 28 = Version 4.0 Age 49 = Version 7.0
Age 35 = Version 5.0 Age 55 = Version 8.0

This past year I entered Version 6.0. I even refer to myself as Christina 6.0 when I journal or talk to myself. This reaffirms the upgrades and acknowledges to my subconscious all the shifts I’ve made to my OS over the years. The magic happens in the shifts. Let me say that again for the people in the back: THE MAGIC HAPPENS IN THE SHIFTS.

It happens when you start getting real with yourself. Because getting real with yourself means putting the ego in its place. It means actively affirming WHY the glass is half full. It’s about finding tenderness and care for the versions of you who didn’t know any better or acted out of protection and preservation, rather than truth. It’s about loving yourself so much, that you forgive yourself for all the mistakes and limiting beliefs you let yourself hold onto so tightly.

People over complicate healing. It doesn’t have to be a full on therapy session where you rehash every childhood wound or experience. It can be much more gentle than that. It simply requires you to get vulnerable with yourself.

Simply telling yourself positive affirmations is not enough, especially if/when you don’t believe. An understanding of the emotions holding you back must first occur. You need to get to the root of the issues, before you can resolve them. It’s like finding a weed in your garden. Simply cutting the leaves off will do nothing, you have to dig it out from the root to banish it completely.

   The next time you feel triggered, notice what’s happening inside your mind and body without judgement. Use statements like “I feel…” to help to quiet the amygdala or alarm center of the brain.

2. Allow - sit with the feeling or experience
   After you’ve identified the emotion, allow yourself to feel it. There’s no need to regulate or fix, just sit with the intensity without changing it. By doing this, you’re rewriting your emotional response pattern in real time.
   If you notice a specific feeling or sensation, breath with it for a minute. The longer you sit with it, the more it will start to shift. The objective is to go towards the intensity instead of trying to repress or deny what you’re feeling (which is the typical response).

3. Investigate - ask gentle prompting questions
   Bring curiosity to your physical or emotional state. Where am I feeling this in my body? How old is this feeling? What is it trying to protect me from? What does it what me to know or is there a message attached to it?

4. Nurture - offer a clear gesture of kindness or self-compassion
   Lovingly be with the emotional experience and vulnerable parts of yourself. Be the nurturing caregiver to the experiences you’ve had, where you didn’t get the emotional support you needed. You’re building your capacity to be your own internalized parent.

Hiiiieeee! It's been a while since I’ve introduced myself and with all the subscribers, I thought I would share my story. My name’s Christina Nikols and I am an Energy Healer. You might be wondering what that even means?

en·er·gy heal·er | /ˈɛnərdʒi ˈhilər/ | noun

A practitioner who facilitates the body’s natural healing process by balancing and unblocking its subtle energy fields within and surrounding the human body

A therapist who acts as a conduit for universal life-force energy, intending to remove energetic blockages and restore physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

My primary focus is on Theta Healing—the rewiring of deep subconscious beliefs—and Epigenetic Healing, which focuses on optimizing cellular health and gene expression. This line of work may see woo-woo, but ancient traditions have always understood wellness as a balance of energetic harmony within the body and thankfully, molecular biology and neuroscience are finally catching up.

When we access deep theta brainwave states, which are the same frequencies found in profound meditation, we calm the nervous system and open a direct pathway to the subconscious mind. By shifting out of stress and rewriting deep seated beliefs, we radically change our internal environment.

Through the lens of epigenetics, modern science has proven that altering our mental and emotional state can actually influence gene expression, signaling our cells to suppress chronic inflammation and unlock the body’s natural blueprint for healing.

The path to becoming a healer hasn't been an easy one. Like most in this industry I grew up with a lot of pain and trauma. Not by fault of my parents, but by pure circumstance. It's believed people meant for this line of work often have to face their karma early, which is often referred to as karmic acceleration. In psychology, this is known as Carl Jung’s "Wounded Healer" concept. It’s the belief that your own profound early suffering is the exact raw material required to develop true empathy, resilience, and the capacity to guide others.

From a young age, I was obsessed with sad, depressing stories. My shelves were littered with books on child trauma, abuse, addiction, war, and mental illness. I devoured any biography or autobiography I could find of people who had survived tragedy and triumphed over adversity. It taught me the power of alchemy and gave me the courage to step out of a victim mentality.

Since I can remember, people have always wanted to confide in me. I think it’s because I've always had a large capacity to hold space for others without taking on their pain. I also have the gift of perspective (no, but for real, it’s in my Human Design), which helps me sympathize, reframe, and understand exactly what someone is going through and why they react the way they do.

The profound mental and spiritual shift that allows an individual to reframe life’s heaviest trials, trauma, or suffering as essential chapters of personal growth, wisdom, and initiation.

On more than one occasion I've been asked to mediate relationships, romantic and otherwise, because I'm able to hear each person’s side of the story and translate it in a way that makes it understandable and relatable to the other party.

You see, I love people. I love the dynamic of people. I love understanding why we act the way we act, and think the way we think. I love learning about different life experiences and outlooks. It's so easy for us to get stuck in an echochamber of our own thoughts and emotions, making it hard to see things from anyone else's point of view.

Traditional education was never my thing, but my parents pushed me to attend college. I had plans of becoming a therapist because of my love for people, but then I was diagnosed with cancer my life took an unexpected turn. This was the turning point and where my journey really started.

Up to point, I was already was questioning everything people had told me about religion, health, society, and even the government. Nothing ever fully made sense to me. I remember questioning at a young age why God would send us to hell if he loved us so much—especially if it was our first time on Earth. How could He be so full of unconditional love, but also want to banish us to an eternity of suffering, just for being human? How was it our fault for being created in His likeness, but not His perfection?

That curiosity led me on a journey that changed my life. It gave me the space to explore religion and the impact it's had on society throughout the ages. At the same time, it forced me to question the medical system and why doctors were simply treating symptoms, but not offering solutions to resolve conditions at the root cause. Especially when it came to my cancer.

Not one person I spoke with seemed concerned as to why I received this diagnosis. I was simply told, “This sometimes happens, but you're lucky you got an ‘easy’ one so you should be happy.'“ As if this justification was a complete answer and should somehow pacify me. I felt like I was being gaslit. How was I supposed to ensure this wouldn't happen to me again if no one could give me an answer, explanation, or reason? Furthermore, why wasn't anyone worried about what the answer actually was?

That's when I fell off the deep end. I realized everything out there is literally trying to kill us. I remember questioning chemicals and ingredients in our food system, while the doctor explained, “There are only trace amounts of XYZ in your food. That makes it safe.” My retort was, “But if EVERYTHING has trace amounts of XYZ, then doesn’t that total amount start to become concerning?” This seems like common sense to me.

Thankfully, my curiosity brought me answers. I learned about the mind-body connection and how repressed emotions cause “dis–ease” in the body. Our minds are incredibly powerful, and if we don't deal or process the emotional burdens we are carrying, they can manifest as physical illness. I was a perfect example—my experience with cancer proved that to me 1000 times over.

Yet, I clung to my old life. Privately, I was a closet hippie. My solitary hours were spent focused on healing, understanding the body, researching what we consume, and learning how people process trauma. But externally, I was the party girl—the fun one who was down for anything and everything at a moment’s notice. I wasn't ready to fully let go of my past or to be seen for who I really was.

The more I learned, the more the scale continued to tip until I could no longer deny my gifts. I was already working with several healers to help process and release the heavy, dense emotions in my body that I knew caused my cancer. As I leaned into this inner work, my health and perspective began to shift and for the first time, in a long time, things started to look up, just to come crashing back down.

The year I finally went into remission, tragedy found me again. My father died of a sudden heart attack the day after Christmas. We were so close that our social circles had completely intertwined. He truly understood me, trusting my judgment despite my rebellious, angsty youth. When he died, a part of me died too. With my mother consumed by her own grief, I felt entirely isolated. At just twenty-two, freshly healed but deeply broken, it felt like the burden was on me to pick up the pieces for everyone.

When you have an immense capacity to hold space and energy for others, you naturally become the person who does it all. My father’s death catapulted me into a second wave of deep, transformative healing. It was during this period that I learned about the special gifts within my family, specifically through my uncle. He can hear our relatives who have crossed over. He even feels them physically, describing it as a sensation of pressure on his chest, which is a powerful feeling that we both share.

The more he shared with me, the more willing I was to explore my own gifts. I felt a deep sense of safety in his sharing as this was seen as a taboo topic with other member of the family. I’d been told by so many other healers that I was also a great healer meant to serve the collective, but I couldn't believe it. I couldn't accept it because it seemed like too much responsibility. Yet, the more I healed, the more I realized I couldn't deny it any longer.

I was also regularly experiencing contact with the other side. It started out with electronics turning on and off or lights flickering at the most inopportune times. Each time, I justified it and found an excuse, until it became undeniable.

I always know things I shouldn't. I can read people’s minds in a way that freaks them out, purely because it’s the first thought that pops into my head. If you know me, you know I speak without thinking—a habit that usually gets me into trouble. But looking back, I realize that exact trait makes me perfect for this line of work.

Around 2018, I came across a course focused on awakening intuition and training healers. Every single time I thought about it, I wept. Even now, remembering that pivotal moment brings me to tears—not out of sadness, but because it’s hard to believe I ever denied my own gifts. I can barely comprehend that I once thought I wasn't strong or capable enough or ready to handle this sacred, life changing work.

After much back-and-forth, I finally signed up. Like most meaningful things, it didn't come easy. I was living with a crippling fear and an imposter syndrome I had to actively unlearn. But the moment I finally got out of my own way, I realized I was a natural.

Almost two years ago, I decided to bet on myself. It's been the most terrifying, isolating, loving, exhilarating, and fulfilling thing I've ever done. It hasn't been without its challenges, because I'm following a highly unconventional route and doing something most people don't understand, especially with my party girl background. I know it's hard for people who have known me most of my life to see me in this new light or take me seriously, but their opinions of me are none of my business!

I’m here to fulfill my life purpose and serve others. I was put on this Earth to wake up the collective and help people heal from their pain, trauma, fears, and anxieties. I’m here to show everyone what’s possible when you choose to love yourself unconditionally. Everything you need is already within you, and you are entirely worthy of all your dreams and desires!

Being a human is incredibly hard sometimes, especially when you haven’t been taught how to properly process your emotions. Instead of offering yourself grace, many fall into the trap of harsh self-judgment, internalizing blame for the inability to always know or do 'the right thing’.

I want to help free you from this limiting beliefs!

You cannot blame yourself for what you didn't know, or for patterns deeply ingrained in your psyche. It’s not your fault. As long as you carry this shame, you block yourself from achieving your potential because it keeps you trapped in cycles of negative behavior.

Shifting doesn’t happen overnight, which is why I always stress the importance of being kind to yourself. Treat yourself like a puppy or better yet, imagine yourself as a child and give yourself the unconditional love you deserve!

This game of life is about YOU. So how are YOU going to show up for YOU?! Because YOU DESERVE NOTHING BUT THE BEST!

💁‍♀️ Story Time:

Making the decision to heal has never been an easy one. It takes true bravery and courage to face your demons and hold a mirror up to yourself. Especially if you grew up in an over critical household, where you’ve been taught to focus of your shortcomings, while simultaneously striving for perfection.

What is perfection? Well, for starters, it’s an unachievable standard. One that not ONE PERSON on this Earth can or ever will achieve. So why has it become the standard many of us hold ourselves to? Why do we constantly agonize over our less than perfect bodies, personas, achievements, or relationships. And why do we put so much unnecessary pressure on ourselves all the time?

perfection | /pərˈfekSHən/ | noun

The state, quality, or condition of being flawless, complete, or supreme. It represents the highest possible degree of excellence, proficiency, or skill, where nothing more can be added or improved to meet a specific goal.

My whole life I felt like I wasn’t smart enough, thin enough, funny enough, rich enough, pretty enough… you get the idea. I lived in a constant cycle of scrutinizing my imperfections and putting myself down. I couldn’t understand why I was so unlovable. Blind to how my own hatred, radiated out of me, repelling the things I wanted most—to be loved and accepted.

Zooming out now, it makes so much sense. Who would want to love me if I didn’t love and respect myself. But the fucked up thing is that I didn’t know I could! I didn’t know I had the power within me to change my mindset and show myself compassion, mostly because none of the women who raised me had ever shown it to themselves. It breaks my heart.

My grandmother would always pick on my mom. Not out of spite, but because I think it’s all she knew. In a weird, twisted way that’s how she showed her love. She was a sweet, generous, simple woman who lacked depth and a certain level of compassion, because she lived a life of survival.

From what I’ve been told, her mother, my Noni, was tough women. She choose to take the long arduous trip to America, via cargo ship through Ellis Island and move to America in the 1920s, without really knowing anyone. We suspect she got knocked up by a man in the military and had to flee Italy, temporarily moving to Austria, due to the shame it brought onto the family. She had to build a life with a small child in a foreign country, without knowing the language or having any support financially, emotionally, or physically.

Today’s my Grandma Marge’s birthday and while I love her deeply, I can’t help but reflect on how critical she was of my mom. Constantly picking her apart and pointing out her imperfections. I remember one specific incident where she was coming down on my mom: “when’s the last time cleaned the curtains.” As if the cleanliness of the curtains really matters. But to her, it did. She had to work hard for everything she had in life, which is where I think our family pride stems from.

I’m sharing all of this, to hopefully give you perspective. You’ll never truly know someone else’s life experience, unless you’ve lived it. You are the way you are, as a result of how you were raised. The same goes for your parents and their parents before them. Throw in circumstances outside your control, societal norms, and deep seated insecurities and you have the perfect storm for judgement.

It’s so easy to point a finger at the flaws of someone else, but it takes true strength to take a step back and find compassion—not only for the people in our lives, but for ourselves.

I’ve always loved Abraham Hicks’ Morning Rampage. It’s an audio I’ve recommended to friends and clients for years because it does a really good job of getting you in the right mindset at the start of your day. And while I enjoy listening to it, because of the affirmative benefits, sometimes it just falls flat for me. That’s why I wanted to create a subliminal that was inspired by Abraham Hicks.

I took a completely different approach to creating this subliminal. Like Morning Rampage, the affirmations escalate and build upon each other, but I wanted to take it deeper, so I layered in language that uses both I and you, spoken at the same time.

Your earliest beliefs came from other people telling you who you are. So I wrote affirmations in both “I am…” and “you are…”, to reach the subconscious mind, where those beliefs were first formed. The I lines build on the version of self you’re choosing in this now moment, while the you lines reinforce those new beliefs from an outside perspective.

• A leaf or a piece of bark (don’t forget to thank the tree it came from)

• A handful of soil or sand

• Small bowl of water

How to Cast:

1. Close your eyes, settle into your heart, and set your intention Think about any emotional baggage you want to leave behind. Take a deep breath and exhale into the leaf/bark. Imagine your breath carrying any dense energy out of your body and into the plant fibers.

2. Place the leaf into your bowl of water and sprinkle the soil directly on top of it, burying the leaf underwater. Focus on the feeling of relief and say

   “Fed to the waters, held by the clay. Take this old burden and wash it away. The past is now compost, my spirit is free I release this old burden unto thee.”

3. Dig a small hole and pour the mixture into the earth. Cover it back up with the knowing that nature will alchemize the energy and recycle it into something new.

💁‍♀️ Storytime:

I’ve got a wild story for you today. I went through so many traumatic experiences with my ex (AKA Clown Baby, for all of you that are new) that I honestly blacked out most of them. But every once and a while a little memory creeps in and one resurfaces.

Surprise surprise, we were fighting. How did it start? Who really knows, but I’m 90% sure it had to do with the status of his divorce. He strung me along, leading me to believe he was in the process of going through a divorce for the entire duration of our relationship. Every so often I would ask how things were going and if there was an update. I hated the fact that I was dating someone who was still legally bound to another person for fear of the inevitable karma that would one day come back and bite me in the ass.

This relationship wasn’t my first rodeo with an overly emotional, hot tempered man. As a Greek/Italian, I’d spent a lot of time around men who didn’t know how to properly process their feeling. While I don’t condone such bad behavior, I also don’t blame them. Culturally, they have never been given permission to properly express their feelings. For the men in my life, crying or even showing the slightest hint of weakness was not an option. Instead you had to be tough, manly, and damn proud of it.

This is the kind of man who doesn’t get novocaine at the dentist. Aka my dad The Greek. Under no circumstances would you ever want to tell him to relax, chill, or cool it. That is unless you wanted to see him red faced, smoke basically shooting out of both ears, with fists clamped by his side yelling, “Don’t tell me to relax!" back at you. As an angsty teen, who DGAF I learned that one that hard way.

I preemptively knew I was going to ask for a divorce updated, so I led with caution. Similar to how you would approach a wild animal, slowly without any sudden movements, for fear of scaring or setting him off. The conversation started light. He fed me some bullshit, which I immediately clocked, so I asked a few follow up questions. I needed to dig deeper to find some semblance of truth. He flew off the handle.

His reaction told me everything I needed to know. Anytime a person has an egregious reaction to something you’ve said, especially if you’ve delivered it in a calm, even keeled tone, RUN. That person is a cowardly liar with no intention on being upfront and honest with you.

Normally, I would start to cry and submissively back down, but not this time. I was tired of games and deceit I couldn’t prove, but knew was there. I declared our relationship over and told him, “I can’t keep doing this. I’m done. I don’t want to be in a relationship with a man who’s married.”

Mind you, we’re at my apartment. The apartment he had basically moved into. So I told him to get TF out and go back to his wife. But he didn’t move. Instead he changed tactics and started working defence. Apologizing, telling me how hard it was for him, and that he was doing his best to get it all figured out.

I saw red. I’d been airing my grievances since the moment I found out. (Oh wait, did I ever tell you that part? I didn’t know he was married until months after he’d already professed his love for me. Fucking loser.) He wasn’t taking me or our relationship serious, and it wasn’t until the final hour, the moment I was actually done done, that he decided he was actually going to do something about it.

Someone who refuses to take responsibility for their life, constantly blaming external factors, luck, or other people for their problems.

Why are men like this? I know I’m not the only one to experience this. Six months prior to the end of a relationship women will decide they’re ready to exit. Explaining frustrations, giving their partners adequate time to change or make necessary adjustments to improve the relationship, but it isn’t until the last hour when we’ve packed our bags and are one foot out the door that a man will decide to actually make the change or take some initiative. By that point, we’re done and they’re confused.

After hours of screaming at each other, I decided to leave. If he wasn’t going to go then I was. Getting in my car, my plan was to put my phone on DND (my phone was blowing up from the nonstop texts/calls) and park a few blocks away so I could try to sleep. It was 2 AM on school night and I had to work in the morning.

I was so anxious and paranoid, constantly looking out the window to see if he was there, that I couldn’t fall asleep so I snuck back into the building. Instead of going to my apartment, I went to my neighbor’s who was out of town. He’d already given me permission to use his balcony in exchange for watering his plants, so I figured it’d be okay if I crashed on his sofa for a few hours.

My plans were foiled. Somehow Clown Baby knew and used a spare key to come looking for me. By this point I was exhausted and delirious. He couldn’t fathom why I ‘ran away from him’ and so he tried turning the entire situation around on me. How could I do this to him? Didn’t I love him? Why would I scare him like that? Berating me with how difficult all of this was on him?

For once it didn’t work. I snapped. I’m pretty sure my head spun around in a circle à la the Exorcist. That’s when he finally left. In a huff, he slammed his key down and stalked out of the apartment. My head was spinning. I couldn’t believe this was my life. I made sure all the doors were locked and turned off my phone, then crashed into the bed as the adrenele left my body.

Surely he left right? WRONG. Instead of going back to his condo (with his wife) he ended up sleeping on the hammock outside. It must have started to get cold, because 30, maybe 40 minutes later the sounds of Sublime came pumping through my Sonos speakers. Since my phone was off and he couldn’t get a hold of me, he walked around the building until he was able to connect to the wifi speaker then started playing music to get my attention.

My first thought: WTF. My second: this is absolutely absurd. I literally started laughing. It felt like I was in a movie. It was a bad dream I couldn’t wake up from, because this bad dream had become my reality. One I’d become locked into, unable to escape. A reality I’d hid from my friends and family, because on some weird fucked up level I still thought we had a future together.

You see, the first nine months of our relationship was a dream. It was fun, lighthearted, and easy. We had so much in common and genuine enjoyed being around each other all the time. I justified his bad behavior because of the stress of his job, his divorce, etc. I was in a high level of denial. I made excuses because the man I was witnessing, was not the man I’d started dating — this must be a fluke, a bump in the road, a one off situation.

At this point it must have been 4 in the morning. I immediately unplugged the wifi and the apartement fell silent. I turned my phone on and told him to stop. What was I supposed to do now? Let him in and continue this outrageous ragefest? If it was me, I would have gone back to my condo or gotten a hotel room for the remainder of the evening, but he didn’t. He stayed on that hammock until he had to go to work, then used that against me for the remainder of our six month on again, off again, shattered relationship.

I wish I’d been strong enough to walk away. I wish I wouldn’t have accepted the three carat diamond earrings as an apology (aka my blood diamonds). I wish I would have had enough self-respect to never answer his call again, but I didn’t. He knew exactly how to guilt and pull at my heartstrings. My favorite: You’re supposed to be a healer and you’re going to give up on me?!

All that matters is I eventually freed myself. I worry about all the woman who find themselves caught in equally humiliating lies and manipulation—it’s the driving force behind sharing my life and my vulnerable stories with you.

🪄 Alchemize the Energy: Crown Chakra Enlightenment Bath

The #7 is related to the Crown Chakra, which is the 7th and highest energy center within your body (at the top of the head). Do this ritual Tuesday night to tap into your intuition and find the answers you’ve been looking for.

You’ll need:

• Epsom salt

• 7 drops of lavender or frankincense essential oil

• a glass of drinking water

Instructions:

I personally like to start these types of rituals by putting on 528 hertz music (I have a free playlist already created), for deep meditation.

Keep the glass of water near. Draw a warm bath and add in the salts and oils with the intention to connect in with your own intuition. Then submerge yourself and close your eyes, while imagining your crown chakra illuminate with a bright violet light at the very top of your head.

Use your intuition and trust that you are connecting in with your higher self. Now ask for clarity on a specific problem.

ex: What needs to be released in order for me to achieve X? How can I heal the pain of Y? What truths have I been avoiding? Why am I afraid to admit Z to myself? How can I love and appreciate myself more?

This isn’t about forcing or overthinking, it’s about allowing the answer to come and trusting whatever you ‘hear’.

Hold the glass of water in both hands and speak your intentions into it. Use the message you just received to infuse water with whatever it is you needed to hear. Then drink the entire glass to anchor the high vibrational spiritual energy back into your physical body.

💁‍♀️ Story Time: Living in Tune with yourself in the current society

Is it just me or does it constantly feel like everything is barking at us. My phone is going off all the time nonstop. Every single app is vying for my attention and the only thing I want do is chuck it out of the window in an attempt to save my nervous system from overdrive.

I'm the type of person that gets extremely overwhelmed when there are too many messages. My typical solution is to ignore and pretend they're not there with a promise to handle later. But inevitably the messages start stacking up, because I know once I respond, the person on the other end will respond to my response and the number will continue to increase.

As humans living in 2026 were not given the opportunity to sit in silent and reflect. Nothing about our lives in current society encourages quiet time. We watch screens while looking at screens, with 2-5 second attention spans (thank you Tiktok), and wonder why we can't get in touch with our intuition.

As an entrepreneur, I'm struggling with this more now than ever. I have a never ending to-do list in my personal and professional lives, all while trying to keep up my relationships, build a client list, and find time for myself. I'm sure you can imagine which one ends up at the bottom of the list. I miss the days of minimal responsibility. When I could slack off in the office or pretend to WFH as I ran errands or caught up on Love Island.

We've entered an era of being available at all times, with an expectation to answer someone almost immediately, which is exactly why I spend most of my days on DND. If I don't, I get completely lost in my phone. Before I know it three hours has gone by, doing God only knows what, and now I’m behind on everything I had planned for my day. That's when the guilt settles in. I punish myself by taking away the activities I know will serve my mental and physical health, with the justification that I’ve squandered that time away

The first thing to go is my meditation, which arguably is the most important thing for me, followed by my workouts. By the time I go to the gym, stretch, work out, chit-chat a bit with friends, and drive back two + hours has gone by. Two hours that could be spent writing my blog, developing a healing, recording a subliminal, or creatings a few TikTok's.

When I skip meditations and workouts, I get restless and cranky. I find myself wasting time, dicking around doing nothing, which is always always accompanied with some sort of justification for my bad behavior.

I’m sharing this because I think people assume I have it all figured out. I’m continually praised for my work ethic, accomplishments, and my ability to create and produce so much. But both can be true and often it comes at a cost.

The reality is, it doesn't come easy to me. I continue to fuck up. I'm constantly scrutinizing and being hard on myself, which has low key turned into a driver to accomplish my goals. Old patterns are so easy for me to fall back into—it’s like riding a bike. I can’t actually tell you the last time I meditated, which used to be a daily practice for me, and that’s… really sad.

As someone with ADHD, it's not easy for me to maintain habits. Every habit is completely built on discipline. I don't crave working out. I don't get the the feel good endorphins everyone talks about afterwards. I do it for the aesthetics, cognitive boost, and because it’s essential for my body function at its best (thank you Human Design). It can be really difficult to juggle a healthy lifestyle.

I want to normalize how challenging it can be to stay in tune with yourself and that for some it requires a conscious choice to better your life, driven by genuine desire rather than obligation. And I want normalize how grueling daily upkeep can be in a world that constantly demands so much of us.

We are all just doing our best. Even if best sometimes looks like 20%. So the next time you compare yourself to a seemingly flawless person on the internet, remember: the age of perfectionism is dying. The pendulum is swinging and it’s time we start normalizing reality.

🪄 Alchemize the Energy: Pruning the Vine Ritual

Full moons are natural times to let go of what no longer serves you. Because of the Earth sign energy, this is a great day to clear out old habits that block your joy or professional success

You’ll Need:

• fresh strawberries to represent abundance, sweetness, + the harvest

• a black or dark bowl to represent Capricorn’s grounding, earthy nature

• a pen and paper

Instructions:

1. Find a quiet space where you can see the moon, ideally outside on the ground (but if that’s not an option you can sit near a window)

2. Close your eyes and center yourself in your heart. Visualize roots growing from the base of your spine, reaching deep into the Earth. (Capricorn wants us fully grounded)

3. On your paper, get honest and write down one specific illusion or bad habit you are ready to stop romanticizing

   e.g., “I’m letting go of the illusion that my career will fix itself without taking action.” or “I release the habit of ignoring my needs for external validation.”

4. Rip this piece of paper into small pieces, which symbolizes breaking the power of that cycle. Then place the pieces into your dark bowl

5. Now place your hands over your plate of fresh strawberries and reflect on all the hard work you’ve put into these last six months (personally or professionally - we often forget about everything we’ve done because we’re quickly onto the next, so really sit here!)

6. Speak your gratitude out loud:

   “I honor my growth. I accept the sweetness I have earned.”

7. Eat a strawberry slowly. Tasting the sweetness in each bite. And visualize yourself stepping into a more stable, balanced version of your life.

8. Take the ripped papers from the bowl and bury them outside in the dirt, or throw them directly into the trash. As you do, say:

   “Mistakes are compost for my growth.”

💁‍♀️ Storytimeeee

Taking a leap of faith is terrifying, especially as you get older. I don’t know why it becomes so much more difficult, but it is. I’d like to blame in on social media, but I think the answer is simply the fear of failure, as an adult, feels humiliating.

As children we had no problem failing. Even (especially) after a misstep toddlers become stubborn, insistent, and determined. “No, me!” Wanting to try, try, try until they’re met with the sweet victory of success. Then they want to try again. At some point that passion and fire begins to extinguish and we become resigned to the fact that failure IS an option.

I’d like to blame judgement from society on this one. We now exist in a time full of aesthetically pleasing, perfectly curated homes, restaurants, and hotels. While it’s obviously beautiful, I can’t help but notice each design has started to bleed into the next. Perfect curation no longer feels individualized, probably because it’s so easy to copy/paste from one room to the next.

Yet, we crave individuality. Searching for places to spend our time, in and around unique people and things, because it teaches us so much more about the world. It feeds our senses and expands our creativity in a way that no copycat design ever could.

So why is it so scary to be an individual? Or to go after the life you actually want? Insert a laundry list of excuses here:

LAMEEEEEE ASS EXCUSES. These limiting beliefs are running the show as time literally slips through our fingers. Yes, failing is scary, but you know what’s scarier? Living a life full of regret, because regret breeds other nasty emotions like anger, resentment, shame, and grief. How many people do you know living with anger, resentment, shame, and grief who are actually happy? I’m going to bet zero on this one. The word curmudgeon comes to mind.

A curmudgeon is a crusty, ill-tempered, and usually old person who is easily annoyed, stubborn, and given to frequent complaining.

When I decided to quit my safe, secure, comfortable corporate job (that I was absolutely miserable in) almost 2 years ago, I didn’t have a plan. I didn’t even have money, financial support, or even family supprot. All I knew was that I was worth more than the bull shit I was putting up with. I knew I had a bigger purpose and that I deserved to live a fulfilling life, on my terms, not someone else’s.

As soon as I made that life altering decision, everything started to fall into place for me. It’s just like everyone says: the right people, experiences, and opportunities start to fall into you lap, without even trying. I kept worrying about how I was going to afford to live more than 6 months without my corporate safety net, when I found out I had a pension I could cash in. It was literal money from heaven and a sign I was being fully supported by the Universe.

Every fear I’ve had has been met with a solution. Not one I had to chase and run after, but one appeared as if out of thin air. When I decided to call in the life of my dreams, I stopped chasing and started attracting. All the healing work I had done on worthiness set me up for success, allowing me to call back my own sovereignty.

Ultimate authority over one’s own physical body, mental space, emotional well-being, and life choices.

I started taking radical responsibility for my life, my decisions, and my dreams. I stopped trying to manifest and started living in alignment with the life I wanted. I embodied future Christina, Healer Christina. It was terrifying, not because it was actually scary, but because it forced me to face all the limiting beliefs I’d been holding onto so tightly for all those years.

The excuses, reasons, and blocks that kept me small for so long had allowed me to live in an illusion of safety. Once a protective measure, they now represented an old, outdated version of self. One I no longer identified with. One I wanted to leave behind. So I base jumped, without a net or a bungee cord to protect my fall and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made.

🌻 Sun Enters Cancer + Summer Solstice on Saturday the 21st

Cancer season begins — come home to yourself. Nurture and honor your emotional depths.

Because it’s such an important time of year I want to expand more on the Summer Solstice. The 21st marks the first day of the summer and is the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere (when the sun reaches it highest point in the sky). This is the ideal time to celebrate everything your growth and own your visibility! It carries with it the energy of abundance and an invitation to honor the cycles of life.

Lean into illumination, gratitude, fire energy, vitality, abundance, stepping into the light, and releasing anything you don't want to carry into the 2nd half of the year.

Summer Solstice also has significant ties to the Black Moon Lilith, which is the point in the Moon’s orbit that’s farthest away from Earth. Astrologically it represents the wild, untamed, reclaimed feminine. Giving you permission to be authentic without apology, especially if you’re used to dimming your light. Lilith empowers us to be our true unfiltered selves.

It doesn’t have to be one or the other. It’s time to own your power and your a shadow at the same time!

🪄 Alchemize the Energy: Summer Solstice Abundance Spell

Here is a spell to utilize the powerful energy of the longest day of the year on June 21st, the Summer Solstice.

You’ll need

• Seasonal fruits (to eat) + something to drink

• A yellow or gold candle

• A bowl of water

• A small, leafy branch

• Pen + paper

Cast your spell

1. Ground and center yourself in your body. Feel into the energy of abundance and the life-giving energies that flow through you from the Sun above and the Earth below. Really feel into what it feels like to be abundant and let this feeling wash over all the cells in your body.

2. Now focus on a goal. Once it becomes clear, write it down, fold it towards you, and place on your altar or working space. See your goal manifesting with abundance. Feel into what it would feel like to already have achieved that specific goal!

3. Charge the bowl of water by lifting it to the Sun or touching it to Mother Earth. Using the branch, sprinkle the water once around yourself, starting in the East and moving clockwise. Then sprinkle yourself with the water and say:

   I bless myself with the abundant Waters of Life.

4. Next charge your candle by lifting it to the Sun or touching it to Mother Earth, then hold it to your heart. Then light your candle and chant:

   Sun above + Earth below, rich with abundance, make my life grow!

5. When your energy peaks, place your candle in the bowl of water. Thank the Sun, thank Mother Earth, thank the water, raise your glass and drink. Offer some to Mother Earth. Eat and enjoy the richness, warmth, and beauty of this moment.

6. Make your offering by blowing out your candle and pouring the bowl of water in/onto the Earth. Then feel into the feeling of gratitude!

🔮 Oracle Insights:

You already know. The authority you keep scanning the world for lives deep within you, so the call is to turn your gaze inward and start each day from that feeling of being at home in yourself, moving through the world from an unshakable place rather than a reactive one. And there’s no rush. The anxiety that says you’re running out of time is the very thing that pulls you off your own wave and onto one that was never yours. Time is not running out, it’s never too late, and the only way to miss your life is to spend it afraid of missing it.

So trust the season you’re in, and root down into the ground beneath you, because home isn’t only inside you, it’s also the land that holds you. When you meet the earth with devotion and honor what holds you, it opens to hold you back, nourishing you and watching over you. Turn in, trust the wave, and let yourself be held

⚡️ Week of June 11 Energy Update:

🌘 Balsamic Moon in Taurus on Thurs, June 11

Expect heavy, grounded energy on Thursday. It’s the perfect day to give your nervous system a break and simply be. This is not a day for over scheduling and go-go-going. Instead rest, relax, and restore.

For my fellow powerlifters: focus on mobility instead of PRs today!

◼️ Uranus Square to the Lunar Nodes on Fri, June 12

This is known as a macro-transit, which means its effects reverberate far beyond the 12th. The nodes represent fate and when Uranus, the planet of sudden awakening, squares them it becomes a cosmic disruptor.

If things start to go terribly wrong on Friday, don’t fight it. This transit is designed to shake loose whatever you’re clinging onto that doesn’t fit into the future version of you.

🌑 New Supermoon in Gemini on Sun, June 14

Meaning the Moon is closest to the Earth and its gravitational/energetic pull is at an all time high. Astrologers are closely watching the end of this dark moon phase because this Supermoon is uniquely unaspected. Usually they form aspects with other planets, but this one isn’t making any major contacts, which creates an unusually quiet, blank slate energy.

Lean into the void and it’s stillness if you can. The intentions you set each New Moon come to fruition in 6 months time. Since Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the planet of the mind, this New Moon will dictate your personal communication, writing, and mindset—so try to stay aware of the stories you’re telling yourself!

🪄 Alchemize the Energy: For My Corporate Baddies

The New Moon hits right before 10 PM on Sunday. Not the ideal time for a ritual, as it may coincide with the Sunday scaries and/or mentally prepping for the week ahead, so this week I’ve broken our alchemy out into 2 short parts.

Part 1: The Sunday Night Power Down

Use the final hours of the Balsamic Dark Moon to physically and digitally dump any clutter so you can sleep on a totally blank slate.

1. Take 5 minutes to close the 50 open tabs on your browser, delete 10 - 20 old screenshots (that you’ll never look at), and tidy up your physical workspace.

2. On a piece of physical paper do a complete unfiltered brain dump of every work stress or lingering anxiety from this past week. The point of this step is to get it all out of your head!

3. Now crumble that piece of paper and throw it in the trash. And mentally repeat: “I release the noise. My slate is clean.”

Part 2: The Monday Morning “Mindset Meeting” with Yourself

Do this with your morning coffee or matcha before you log in for the day.

On a fresh page of your journal or planner write down 2-3 intentions for how you want to manage your mind, voice, and boundaries over the next six months. Because Gemini rules communication, it’s important you make them present tense statements about your mindset

e.g. “I respond with clarity. I do not react with anxiety,” or “I speak my ideas with absolute confidence”

Then read your intentions to yourself outloud. Spoken words activate Gemini’s air energy, which locks the strategy into place.

💁‍♀️ Story Time:

The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and my mood has never been better! I’ve been living for myself, in true, unabashed authenticity for the last six months and it’s been life changing. To the point that I keep asking myself why I didn’t do this sooner. And the truth is, I wasn’t ready.

au·then·tic·i·ty | /aw-then-TISS-ih-tee/ | noun

The quality or state of being authentic, genuine, or bona fide; undisputed origin or veracity.

It was too scary to admit I was a psychic, medium, or seer. I downplayed my abilities and made excuses as to why I couldn’t’, wouldn’t or shouldn’t step into the person I truly am. I thought I needed to protect the person I love the most (my Mom), because being my true self would crush her and potentially break our relationship. But I was wrong! It didn’t and it hasn’t. Is it the ideal relationship I desire to have with her, not completely, but I understand on an emotional level why my profession is difficult for her to wrap her head around.

Because I’ve done the work. I’ve spent countless hours working on myself, reflecting, and healing. I’ve done the journaling, meditating, and therapy. I’ve held a mirror up to myself more times than I’dd like to admit, faced each one of my fears, and kept going. But I’m not like regular people. I have the capacity to hold a lot of pain and trauma, not only for myself, but for other people, which makes me the perfect person to do this type of work.

For a time, I was obsessed with memoirs, biographies, and autobiographies, the more depressing the better. I read about child slavery, sex work, and genocide. Then I’d go searching for more. I was almost addicted to the suffering of others, because it opened my eyes to the world, the real world. As Americans we think we have it so hard, but every day we go home to running water, a roof over our heads, with a front door that locks, and 5G internet. I’m not trying to diminish anyone’s experience, but when you zoom out we really are very lucky to have the type of problems we face on a day-to-day basis.

I think I was constantly looking for proof of reasons why I wasn’t a victim. Even now when someone looks at me with pity in their eyes, it sends a cringy shiver of disgust down my spine. I’ve always wanted to be bigger and better than my past, because I’d spent a majority of my life wrapped in the shame of who I was. I’d never done anything wrong, I was a victim of circumstance, one that I wouldn’t let define me. As much as my parents tried to suppress my voice, I couldn’t be stopped. I was floating between wanting to please them and wanting to tell my story. Even now, I’m reluctant to share the full extent and experience of my life, due to how other people will feel.

We are all reflections of each other. Each person in your life is holding up a mirror to you, whether you like it or not. Because Life is about learning and unlearning lessons. If you’re upset with someone, you’re probably upset with yourself. It’s a big concept that many people don’t want to admit. How can I be upset with myself if I’m mad at Person X? Well, that my friend, is for you to answer. This is where the deep reflection comes in.

Nothing about reflection is fun or easy. Putting a spotlight up to who you are, how you think, what you believe, where you’re putting your energy, and how you react is terrifying, because it starts to unearth all these other things about yourself that you may not want to admit. Once you’re able to get past the fear of reflection, something beautiful starts to emerge. You begin to understand yourself in a new light. You stop living in a world of excuses and start operating from a place of understanding. It turns into a beautiful equation:

Life Experience (X) + DNA (Y) = Behavior (Z)

When you look at it from this lens you realize you don’t actually have as much control over who you are, as led to believe. This is where healing comes into play:

Behavior (Z) / Healing (A) = Perspective (B)

And perspective is where all the juicy stuff happens. Perspective allows you to be softer and kinder to not only yourself, but the people in your life. It lightens the mental load you’ve been sluggishly carrying around for years on end. It brightens your aura and raises your vibration, which naturally puts you in alignment with your dreams and desires. You become a magnet for everything you’ve always wanted, without having to work harder, smarter, or faster. You begin to naturally start moving with the flow of life without exerting any effort.

This is where the magic happens, because everything you need is within YOU!

🔮 Oracle Insights:

Surrender is the single word both cards keep circling, turned two directions: surrender to the sweetness, and surrender your defenses. They're the same open hand. The armor around your heart, the readiness to read every hurt as a personal attack instead of an opening, is the very thing keeping Venus and her pleasures out too. You cannot taste the fruit with a clenched fist. So the heavy work and the play are one motion. To say I'm sorry with an open heart, to unwind the patterns you inherited and never chose, isn't only the reckoning it looks like. It's how you clear the channel.
